Ms Perlaza is very knowledgeable regarding real estate. She attends classes to stay educated on updates in the market. She negotiates successfully and achieves a fair price for the buyer and seller. She is personable, an excellent communicator. She is hard working, energetic, warm and friendly. She remains available throughout the buying process. I never had yo look got her. She does not disappoint!
