Victoria did great job helping me find a house via long distance communication. She sent me plenty of listings that were based around my preferences, price ranges, and location. We video toured several houses only to have the sellers sell he house that day, not Victoria's problem, just bad timing on finding the place. When we did find a house ti purchase she did a great job speaking with the seller to get things fixed in the house. Planning all the inspections and appraisals was painless and easy. She also did a great job recommending a price for the house since the market was crazy. It ended up appraising for exactly what we offered, so I was super excited about that! Thanks Victoria!
