My wife and I were purchasing our first home together after recently relocating to Portland. We knew little of the home buying process, and were looking in a very competitive market. Victoria and Chris were truly an amazing team that led us through every step. When we would have questions about possible costs on future repairs or upgrades, they would have a contractor give us estimates, so we could better understand the costs. This really helped us as we decided on newer construction vs an established neighborhood. Their detailed knowledge of the market also helped us rule out some areas due to commute times, traffic patterns, etc. If we needed anything at all, they were a phone call away. Their responsiveness is off the charts, and my wife and I were always at ease with any situation that came up in the process knowing Victoria and Chris were on our side. I can't say enough good about them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The next time we buy or sell, we will without a doubt work with them again!
Victoria and Chris went above and beyond during a very trying time in the market and a government shutdown. Victoria was always on the ball thinking of not only what I wanted in a house but my drive to work and alternate driving roughs and central location to all my needs. In the middle of closing the government shutdown and I was left holding the ball with no place to go they where able to negotiate for me and my son to have early occupancy even without knowing when the government would start working again. Through all of this they have also become friends that I trust very much.
Chris and Victoria helped us sell our old home and buy our current house! They were easy and fun to work with making both transactions easy! They were great representatives for us and tough negotiators during the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new home! We are really happy with our new house!

Thy were excellent. Most realtors want to just get you to buy a house without looking out for your own needs and most importantly future needs. This includes potential remodeling plans that you may undertake down the line. Chris and Victoria take the time to analyze each house specifically for you and your family situation so that you can enjoy your house for years to come. I would highly recommend them.
We stumbled upon Chris and Victoria thinking they were the listing agents on a property we chanced upon... and man, were we glad they weren't. We had a terrible adventure with that home (the listing agent was the stereotypical "That Realtor" - but that's another review) just as ours was going up for sale. Our house sold in a week to folks that toured it the first weekend Chris showed it. And we had no house... and a little over 35 days to make it all happen. They looked and looked, we looked and looked, and we've just closed on our dream home (that they found the day it hit the market, and got us over to see it as soon as the the sign was up). I dare you to find another couple this ethical, and this attentive. And if you do, let me know if they show up and dig out the septic with you for six hours for an inspection... We will recommend them to anyone that we know that is looking - trust, tenaciousness, attention to detail, and the kind of folks you actually enjoy running all over the NW part of the state with.
Victoria and Chris were wonderful. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our next home. They are straight forward, honest and ethical people. I have handed out their card to everyone that has mentioned they are buying or selling a home.
Victoria really listened to what we were looking for, and was probably more responsible about trying to stay within our budget than we were. We felt that she was really great at knowing what a property was worth vs what was being asked (encouraging us to NOT overbid, which was difficult in this market). She thinks out loud, which I really appreciate - she noticed things in properties that we didn't - pointing out both the good and bad. Victoria was extremely responsive as well - responding to texts/emails/phone calls usually within minutes. She was great at getting us into properties quickly, and if she couldn't, then Chris would show us the property. I really don't think they ever stop working! She was really great at walking us through the process and gave us great recommendations for financing, as well as contractors, painters, and anything else we needed. Seriously - everyone they recommended was amazing to work with, too. Next time we buy/sell, we will definitely be calling Victoria and Chris.
Let's get a cup of coffee and I'll tell you all about Victoria and Chris---it would take at least that to explain to you how amazing they are. Victoria is actually an angel from heaven. She bent over backwards to find us our perfect home despite mine and my husband's crazy busy schedules and fast timeline for wanting to purchase. She's SO knowledgeable about the homes, the market, her peers in the area, the neighborhoods, maintenance needs, negotiating, and so much more. She set things up (like our inspection, sewerscope, etc) before we even knew we needed it and made the really exhausting process of buying a home pretty fun and super easy. Not to mention we made out with a smoking deal in the current Portland housing market... whaaat? We will recommend her to everyone we know buying a home and probably people who aren't, because I can't get enough opportunities to say good things. All that and she has a huge heart, a sweet husband that was equally willing to help out in the situations that Victoria was working with another client (Thanks Chris!!). I'm going to miss home searching exclusively because of her!!
