However, when I asked her to be in charge of everything, Victoria made every process very smooth. When the tenant moved out, she inspected the house for me and she arranged everything to fix and repair the house such as painting and laminating the floor with really good price. When I decided to buy Laguna Woods' house, Victoria Lim, who advertises on YouTube, saw her explain it easily to the buyer, so I decided to ask her about the purchase of the house.
