Wow, what a GREAT experience! Vicki has the perfect personality to represent a buyer and/or seller during a real estate transaction. From start to finish she was very professional, prepared with local data, and realistic with respect to the current market conditions and the age and condition of the home. She was communicative at all the right times, always available to answer any questions, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and got the job done in a timely manner.
