Let me begin by saying that I am a novice in the real estate world. When it came time to sell my home I used a relative's recommendation to contact and hire Victoria and never regretted the decision. She visited and photographed my house and researched many comparable properties on the market creating a very professional analysis and document to begin the process. She was always quick to respond to questions and concerns but never "pushed" to keep the ball rolling faster than what was appropriate for me or for the current market conditions.
