I've sold 6 homes over my lifetime and this may have been the best experience yet. Victoria, my agent, did an awesome job (quality and frequency of communication s). In fact, she is helping us with our next home purchase. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically endorse her for others.
I had a great experience with Victoria. I couldn't be more pleased with the process, the professionalism and expertise and the quality and frequency of communications. The best endorsement I can make is that we're using her again for a home purchase after just selling our home.
Excellent experience with both the Buy/Sell of our homes. Extremely professional and competent in all aspects. Would 100% recommend Victoria Dickinson & Associates!
Victoria Dickinson and her entire staff were amazing to work with through our entire Buy/Sell process. Each one of them were always competent, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. They are all a credit to the real estate industry. We highly recommend Victoria and her staff.
Agent very easy to work with. Exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend to friends.
I can most highly recommend Victoria Dickinson and Associates for any real estate transaction. She and her entire team were very professional and efficient during the sale of our home. Her advice regarding pricing, etc. was spot on. I appreciated her direct and concise communications style. A class operation!
Victoria is, quite simply, an outstanding agent!
Our agent was absolutely incredible and I can't say enough good things but just to list a few thoughts: very responsive, knowledgeable, hardworking and really felt like we had a friend who was helping fight for our best interests throughout the entire process.
Outstanding, no-nonsense professionalism. Victoria Dickinson & Associates are the best in the business! Their collective knowledge of the market coupled with decades of experience put them at the top of the mark. Thanks Victoria!
Our house sold in 3 days significantly over asking price. I call that an excellent result.
I loved working with Victoria. She is truly an expert in her field. I was blown away by the level of service her team provided.
Gina is on top of her game , quick response to any issues and always there for questions that may arise. Thanks again for making this a smooth process!
