Victoria was a perfect match for both our needs and us personally. She helped us consider how to stage our unusual home as well as alternative marketing approaches. She was diligent in both qualifying and pursuing prospects. We highly recommend her.
I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. She went far beyond the normal duties of a realtor and quite honestly helped save this transaction. When timing became critical and the other side was difficult and nearly non-responsive, Victoria stayed on top of everything and actively pushed the lender to get us to the finish line. She was available virtually 24/7, proactive instead of reactive, and never let the deal lose momentum. Her persistence, communication, and willingness to step in wherever needed made all the difference. If you want a realtor who truly advocates for you and doesn’t stop working when things get tough, Victoria is the one.
