My entire 1st time home buying process with Victoria was hands down amazing. She explained everything to me from beginning to end. In a document I was sent she explained what it was I was signing anytime I needed a resource for inspection or Foundation specialist anything she had the resource. She had a ton of patience to work with me because I know I asked a lot of questions and she out of questions and she answered every one of them if not she found me an answer in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone because I know they will be taken care of. Last but not least my closing gift was the sweetest ever.

Victoria has everything you want in a realtor. She's knowledgeable, well connected, and passionate. Throughout the house hunting process, Victoria was able to answer pretty much all of my questions immediately, and I ask a LOT of questions. So, that is really not so easy. As a buyer, you can feel comfortable knowing that she understands how communicate with the selling party in order to help you structure a deal, and give you the best shot at landing your new home. Victoria was very determined to help me find my home. Without her passion motivating my action to go out and look at houses, I surely wouldn't have found a house before my lease ended. I'd still be living in my apartment right now, paying rent... No thank you.
