Victor made selling our house a breeze. This was our first time selling, and we had additional steps to take with it being in a trust. He is incredibly easy to work with and super knowledgeable about the process and the market. From the start, Victor walked us through the process and provided constant communication. We had a ton of questions from inspections, to taxes, to escrow and Victor was quick to reach out to his contacts to assist with everything. When It came time for me to put My house on the market Victor was my first thought. I have known him since 2016 to which he has always been a stand up guy. Pleasant to work with, witty, good sense of the local market, well spoken, and genuinely a good person. Victor was so on top of all the paperwork that Escrow closed early! Victor was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to buy in . He is very responsive getting us in to see any houses we were interested in quickly. Will definitely be using him again on our next purchase!
