Fantastic experience
We had Victor's assistance 4 years ago when we were looking for a home. He was so accommodating, incredibly patient and very generous with his time during our search that we never considered another agent when it came time to sell. Obviously, selling in the current market was not as challenging as it has been in the past, but I have no doubt that Victor's attention to his clients and their needs, will be addressed in any market, buyers or sellers. Both the closings (purchase and sale) had to be handled from out of state. Victor was able to facilitate all aspects of inspections, walk thrus and settlement as needed. Can't recommend him enough.
