As an owner of two properties for most of my life I had never considered what would be involved should I ever decide to sell one. My multi-family unit was on my near term radar however preparing it for sale seemed never-ending. Having been approached by many realtors over the last few years regarding my multi-family in particular, selecting a realtor whenever the time would come, never seemed like it would make a lot of difference.
