Victor is an experienced realtor. he came to us by answering to our MLS request. He tended to push my requests down rather than fighting for my interests. I'd encourage him to take a position in favor of his customer in the future. He did very little work. We found the place on MLS, we contacted him, we reviewed the agreement and requested changes, we pushed for credits from the inspection, etc etc etc.
Victor went above and beyond in helping us find our place in the Miami area- remotely as this was a vacation home. He was very prompt and responsive, and met every need we had. He has our highest recommendation and we will use him again!!
