Victor Minetti

Victor Minetti has been my go to real estate agent ever since moving to Palm Springs about 10 years ago. For various reason, I have moved frequently, and he has handled both selling and buying of homes for me with excellent knowledge of the market, and his advise has always been very helpful. I recommend him highly.

Victor was impressively thorough. He not only showed me places in my budget but quickly learned what I would like and didn’t like. Once a property was chosen it didn’t stop there. He was knowledgeable about rules and regulations where I was buying but also told me how the transaction would all come down along with going over each step of the transaction and didn’t quite until after I was moved in. He very generously gave me a welcome gift but helped me find an insurance company. I couldn’t be more pleased and he went above and beyond. Many thanks to him

I inherited a mobile home that was full of stuff because the previous owner was a hoarder. Victor was very patient because it took four months to clear the house of its contents. Once that was done Victor engaged the services of a handyman to repairs some areas of the home. He then took excellent pictures of the house and provided an nice description with photos on the internet. Within less than a month a buyer made and offer and despite some ups and downs by the buyer, Victor was able to successfully close the sale at close to the asking price by the date of the closing established by Liberty Excrow who were also excellent to work with. I can highly recommend Victor as a very competent Real Estate Agent.

Victor had the most listings in the park which is why we chose him. But, because he had multiple closing ps at the same time, communication suffered, although he did respond to our many inquiries. He just wasn’t proactive in keeping us abreast of things.

We have used Victor in severalreal estate transactions. He was the buyers agent in the sale of our first home. We used him as our selling agent in the sale of our second home. He gave us a market analysis and a realistic price to sell our home at and it sold pretty close to that price. Our home also was sold fairly quickly. Similar homes languished on the market for months after the time frame we sold ours and some were not sold at all due to their realtors not doing their due diligence to tell their sellers they are not being realistic. He is very professional, easy to deal with and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend him. Victor is currently the property manager in rental home we currently live in. He found us the home and has been on top of any issues we have had with the property.

Victor knows the market. He knows who his client is and represents his client zealously, but he also knows the other agents and works with them in a professional manner. He stays in touch with his client, always returns calls and emails promptly. His communications are clear, helpful, and no longer than necessary. He is, in a word, professional.
