Victor was amazing in every was imaginable! It was our first time buying a house, and he helped us get up to speed on all the steps and pitfalls to avoid with all aspects of finding, negotiating, buying, and even settling into our new home. When we were still searching, he picked us up and drove us around to look at homes, was very prompt and fast to respond to messages, was very forthcoming and honest about his opinion, didn’t sugarcoat anything, and was always very polite and professional. He even brought us drinks and snacks to have on the days driving around looking for our new home. He had a nice balance of offering up properties he thought were a good fit for our specific needs, but also accommodated to look at places we were finding on our own too. Victor has a bunch of great connections for handymen to work on upgrades to properties, inspectors to come and assess any work that needs to be done in the concessions process, and worked really well to communicate with both escrow and the funding agency we worked with. Victor was amazing. I first worked with him when I was shopping to buy my condo, it was my first purchase and I was 23 so I was happy to see him take the lead throughout the whole process. Several weeks later there I was, a first time home buyer feeling very happy and excited thanks to Vics hard work. Fast forward to 2015 and now I'm looking to cash out my profits.
