This was the first time we used Mr. Garcia and to our delight was a great choice, the transaction went very smooth and in timely matter Victor was able to negotiate a higher price for our unit that we expected. The paper work was handle with a high professional discipline. We did used Victor again a few month later to buy a home with the same result :-)
