Victor was our listing agent as we sold a beautiful home. This is our second transaction with him. The first was to buy. He went above and beyond and made it all a breeze. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, warm and an excellent negotiator. He is a clear communicator- frank, direct and tactful. He has a great sense of humor and is adaptable to all kinds of people. If he happens to not know a detail he promptly finds out and gets back to you. He is always available via phone, text or email and truly goes above and beyond. He listened to our needs, shared his expertise and together we moved forward with a clear plan of action. I highly recommend him to anyone- family, friends and colleagues. I don’t do that easily so it’s a special thing. I plan to come back for a future transaction already. Like he says, “no stress.” And he really goes out of his way to make that happen.
