I was looking for an agent to buy my son an apt on Brickell because he was starting at U M Miller School of Medicine. I just happened to click on Victor's name and voila! He responded the same day. He went through my wants and needs and he had appointments set up immediately the following day. Extremely knowledgeable on all the buildings in the area within walking distance to the train stations. Once we saw a handful of buildings we narrowed our search down to two buildings. We closed within 1 month which was my time line. Victor came prepared with a folder on the unit every time and he returned all my calls within hours. He is timely, professional, and personable. I will recommend him highly to all my family and friends. FYI We bought a unit at The Plaza and my son is VERY happy.
