Very helpful, available when needed, good insight into the current market, went the extra mile on more than one occasion. used my neighbor's advice and the fact he lived in my neighborhood as my guide to selection. It was a good choice and have already recommended him to other neighbors who have asked.
We interviewed 3 agents and Vic did the best job explaining every aspect of selling our home. He mentioned things the other agents did not and "sold" himself by telling us his ethics. I liked that being an agent was a full time job for him. We had some bumps in the road with our sale/sellers and he handled it well, making sure we closed in the end. He was excellent for our home purchase. Inventory is low and when we finally found something and time was short to get our offer in, he literally ran out of our house to get it in. I highly recommend him.
