Vicky was wonderful! I had a lot going on in my life when I made the decision to sell. She was referred by some friends and I would 150% recommend her to anyone that is trying to sell their home. She went above and beyond to help get my house on the market. She held an open house the first weekend and the turn out was great. She is very focused and helpful. She is very familiar with the Portland area and I feel my house was priced right. We had an offer within a week for full price. The whole process was very smooth. Vicky is great at what she does and really focuses on her clients. I know I wasn’t her only one at the time but it felt like she was just working with me trying to get my house sold.

Vicky made both shopping for our new home and selling our old home fun. She was sensitive to how emotionally and physically stressful this experience can be, and infused our interactions with humor as well as knowledge. She had patience as we took our time to make these decisions. She was willing to help in extra ways, like setting our garbage on curbside when it was inconvenient for us, and negotiating hard for our interests.
