I would highly recommend Vickie Slade as your next realtor. Vickie helped me purchase my first home in the Denver/Boulder area, which is currently one of the hottest real estate markets in the nation. My price point was on the lower end of what a starter home runs for. Due to this, it took many months for one of my offers to finally be accepted. The competition was fierce and we looked at more homes than I can count. That being said, Vickie never left my side and she never tried to force me into anything I was not happy with. It would have been easy for Vickie to take advantage of my limited knowledge on houses so that she could make a quick sale, but she never once attempted to do so. There were many instances where she convinced me that a home was not worth buying. I cannot speak highly enough about Vickie Slade. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has an eye for fine details (e.g., multiple layers of shingles stacked on top of each other). There were times when I thought she might even be an inspector on the side because of her extensive knowledge! Vickie truly cares for her clients and wants to see us end up in the right home. She will literally drive hundreds, if not thousands, of miles to ensure you find your perfect home. I can't speak for other realtors, but I doubt that you will find a realtor as wonderful or dedicated as Vickie!
