Vicki is very intuitive and was able to step in when I needed help, and stay out of the way when I didn’t. I knew she was there anytime I needed clarification on how the process would go, or to find me a tradesperson. She is really good at giving you all the details before you need to ask, and will happily give you more when you ask for more. This made it so I firmly understood why things are done this way or that. Vickie is very honest, open and doesn’t play games, yet is experienced and savvy in the industry, that she can spot when someone else is trying to not follow the rules. I felt very safe in her care, as I knew she would make sure I would not be taken advantage of. She is very responsive in her communication style, making the whole process a lot less intimidating. This is the 4th house I have sold in my lifetime, this was the easiest. Vickie really knows her stuff when it comes to the industry, the area, and the people she’s dealing with. Her work ethic minimized the anxiety of what will always be very stressful process and made it bearable. I highly recommend Vickie if you need to buy or sell a house.
