I needed a realtor who knows the area, has experience, and also someone who is responsive without being pushy. Vicki was perfect. She listened and sent me listings based on my feedback, not wasting time going outside parameters. I moved out of my home way out in Frazier Park (off the 5 Interstate between Bakersfield and Valencia.) Vicki handled virtually every single aspect of the marketing and sale of my home quickly and with absolute expertise. We had a number of bizarre issues such as zoning laws and HOA rules (about fence height), frozen pipe/water damage repairs, multiple inspections, etc and every single issue was handled not only with great efficiency but with a confident and pleasant "we can get this done" attitude that made the entire nerve wracking experience EASY.
