We cannot recommend Vicki highly enough. Her knowledge of the market, what buyers will be looking for and most importantly patience, helped sell out home quickly and for above asking. She took the time to walk us through what to expect in the process, what pitfalls to avoid and really guided us to make the entire sale a painless process. When she presented the offers (23) she went through the upside and downside of each offer and helped us make an informed decision.

So this review is coming a couple months late but...to put it nicely Vicki is a goddess. Vicki was referred to us by a friend and to be honest i was so glad because the idea of trying out different realtors terrified me. Seeing as this was the first house i was purchasing i had a ton of questions and Vicki was so sweet and helpful in answering all of them. I gave Vicki a list of wants from a house and she was on top of it sending me new houses daily and being very quick to reach out the listing agents when one caught my eye. She showed 19 houses to us over a few months time and i am so very grateful for her dedication to helping me find the perfect one. It was a crazy search but it ended in the perfect way. I would not hesitate to recommend Vicki to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Orange County area.
