Where do I begin with my experience with Vicki? I have known Vicki for several years, so she was the first person I thought of when my looming deadline was approaching to sell my house. Prior to listing the house, she has recommendations of what I could do to make the escrow go smoother, and it truly helped. We had alot of unusual situations with my sale due to a divorce, and she was so thorough to make sure the court orders were followed exact, and of course so kind with the emotional aspect of what I was dealing with. To make our situation even more interesting, I received a knock on the door with a buyer for my house, a week BEFORE we were putting the house on the MLS. She saw potential delays, and worked hard to get my in my new home on time and save us days of extra hotel expenses with 2 dogs!
