My experience with buying a house is extremely limited. I have looked online to gain a basic understanding and have briefly spoken with a few agents. Vicki had been my father's realtor since he and my stepmother moved out to Phoenix in the mid 90s. She helped them find a few different homes during their time there and she became a friend as well as their realtor. My stepmother passed away in 2021 and I went out to Phoenix to help my 92 year old father through the process of losing his spouse of 50 years.
