Vicki was always available from early morning to late night to answer questions. With her many years of experience, she could alleviate my concerns/confusion relating to the legal contracts and paper trail. If she didn't have the answer first hand she got it and related it in a timely manner. I felt good relying on her to let us know if offers were fair and solid in the current market. Vicki also lent a hand, physically, to be sure our house looked its best before being placed on the market.
