We have worked with Vicki many times in the past and continue to work with her because we always have great experiences. She takes the stress out of buying and selling at home. She is always there for us, always available, and takes any problems that arise and solves them with ease. We have never had any hesitation that there would be a problem Vicki could not solve. We have worked with Vicki on several investment properties. This one was a 1031 Exchange. We had never done one of these before. Vicki was able to get this done for us within our short 45 day time frame which is not an easy thing to do but in this market was really difficult. Vicki was always several steps ahead of whatever was going on. We really could not have done this without her expertise of the market and of the many contacts she had. She also provided us with several contacts for after the closing. She is always available to answer questions and was wonderful to work with!
