She's very knowledgeable of the Lexington and Georgetown area. She also know the reputation of builders and won't shy away from telling you which ones to avoid. I was very happy with my purchase and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Vicki Rucker first contacted me when I requested information through the Zillow website when we started looking for homes for our son. She is the realtor that contacted me (I guess that is automated), and it was a really fast response. She also immediately got additional information back to me about that first property and others we were considering afterwards. After seeing how helpful she was on the first property we inquired about, I just wanted to continue with her until we found what we wanted. She was always really prompt in getting information to us, and understood what we were looking for, and very helpful in making us aware of the details. Vicki was very helpful in regards to attention to detail, and did a good job in handling all of the aspects of closing - keeping me informed about the whole process and answering any questions I had. Vicki has been exceptionally helpful over the past year that we have been looking for houses. She was very prompt getting back with me on all inquiries and getting us additional information that helped us making our decisions. She was also very patient since it took awhile to find a house that met our needs. The first thing that impressed me was her quick response on the first house I inquired about, and the additional information she sent to us. I felt like Vicki was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect house. I would recommend her to anyone in the market.
