Vicki started out as a very helpful realtor. This was a long distance purchase as we lived in NY state and couldn’t make it down to walk through the property. Long story short, she walked the house and sent videos to us and we purchased based on that help. Never again- big mistake. We had an inspection revealing some issues to be addressed which weren’t completed but again, she showed video of “finished product” while avoiding problem areas. One of our biggest issues is that we had a contract with a home warranty clause that we paid for. She never filed the paperwork and we had to pay upon possession to repair a refrigerator which cost us more than the warranty we were supposed to have. As of this time, we still have not received anything certifying we have the warranty we paid for. We have communicated with Vicki seeking a resolution and she has ignored repeated text msg’s for a response. We will be following up on this with the BBB, Attorney general, and state licensing board.

I made my acquaintance with Vicki in the early spring of this year. My mother passed away last year and the home that we shared had to be sold in order to settle her estate. If I had to make a move, I wanted to move to Central Florida. I got in touch with Vicki through the internet and informed her what I wanted in a home and its location.
