My husband and I decided it was time to purchase a getaway home to enjoy as we near retirement. We wanted something with a view or a water feature, large enough to host family and friends, within 2-3 hours of Nashville, and within our set budget! After discussing our expectations, Vicki helped us identify several properties and we had a full day of exploring possibilities. And at the last stop we saw our View! But … there were lots of questions and details to discuss. Vicki quickly went to work researching and we placed an offer. And after the usual back and forth we had a contract based on the inspection. There were several details and I was impressed with Vicki’s knowledge of construction and her negotiating skills. My husband is a detailed individual and she was responsive to all questions and concerns. She carefully summarized all of the required paperwork and made signing easy. She also supported our financial process informing us of time frames and procedures. Closing was simple. We love our Mountain House less than 2 hours away. We got the Mountain View, access to a mountain creek, beautiful oak trees, and plenty of room for overnight guests. She guided us through everything and made our getaway house a reality! This is our second home purchase with Vicki and each one was a success. Purchasing a home is a big decision. I highly recommend Vicki to guide you through your property search and purchase.

Vicki sold a house to my daughter. She was very patient with her and kept showing her houses until she found the perfect one. Vicki pointed out all of the possibilities with this one and helped us envision what it could be. While she continues to be very professional, she also takes an interest in her clients personally. My daughter was in a vulnerable situation, and Vicki helped her through it with great patience and wisdom. In my book, there is none better. She knows her stuff!
