Vicki handled the sale of our parent's home after our mother passed away. It was the home in which my sister, two brothers, and I grew up so it was a difficult, but necessary thing to do. VIcki handled the emotions of the situation with compassion and caring, but also kept us focused on the things we needed to do to prepare the home for sale. She did a terrific market analysis, made a well-supported case for the price she recommended, and helped us stage the home to increase it's appeal. She also handled all negotiations with the buyer. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is absolutely top-notch. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
