Vicki helped me at a time when the market was hot and it seemed buying was not in my favor. As a first time home buyer I was so glad to have her on my team! Vicki was a god send for us. We had some difficult buyers with some less then ideal demands. Vicki was amazing with her communication on these matters. She let us know when something needed to be taken more seriously and when it didn't. She was there every step of the way and we were always able to get a hold of her whether it be through phone or email. Vicki simplified the home buying process for us. After showing us the home we were interested in, Vicki advised us of our next steps in submitting an offer. She was able to get our offer in promptly, which to our luck was accepted by the seller. She then advised us on the inspection process, and subsequently worked with us on setting up the closing. Overall, our home buying experience with Vicki was excellent, and I highly recommend her.
