I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Vicki by my coworker. She was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end. Closer to settlement there was a communication breakdown between the mortgage lender and I and Vicki handled it professionally and promptly. She advocated for us in issues that we didn’t even know was an issue. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate and effortlessly funny. At settlement she surprised my husband and I with a beautiful monogrammed cutting board and a beautiful console table. She truly wowed us.
