Vicki Adams has been an excellent realtor to my wife and I. She’s helped in both buying and selling properties. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor in the Putnam County area!

I spoke to Vicki with my interest in purchasing a vacant lot to build on and scheduled an appointment. When we met she had over 30 locations to inspect. She patiently went through all sites and explained pluses and minuses of each site/subdivision over multiple hours. Vicki was also very knowledgeable of local restrictions and ordinances. Vicki was very friendly and explained the whole process of purchasing my lot. She was there to support me start to finish from offer to closing.
