Vinnie and his team helped us sell our home in El Cajon, CA. They knew the area, knew the market, did a fantastic job of marketing the property, and were very quick to clarify any questions we had. In addition, we were out of state, and Vinnie and team represented us in showings, in meetings and securing buyer walkthroughs, etc. The buyer balked on a technicality the day of closing and Vinnie went to bat for us. They answered all our questions in minimal time and interacted with the buyer's team who wanted to use their own escrow and closing companies.
