Just to be clear, I had options. I know quite a few realtors, but when it came down to choosing someone to help us find my mom a house in this crazy market it was team Viana all the way. I was looking for someone that was going to be honest and realistic with me. I didn't want someone that I felt was going to sugarcoat things. I wanted someone with experience and could share that experience with me. Viana was always so prompt to response to my inquiries and scheduling showings. There wasn't a single time she put me off, not even when I regretted not seeing a house and she drove all the way back out to Ft. Worth to show it. I wanted someone that was going to fight for her buyer in the market that is clearly a sellers market. That is exactly what she did. We ended up in the house we were meant to be in.
Viana was amazing through the whole thing. As a first time seller I felt out of my element but she did wonderfully, ensuring I understood each step in the selling process. There was hiccup in some repairs we made and VIANA handled like real professional. I highly highly recommend her!
