Vi went above and beyond to help up just thru the hurtles of the purchase of a new construction home. She drove a great distance to check on the progress of the home when we could not. She guided us every step of the way and helped us thru each phase. Vi shared valuable insight and assisted us with aspects of the process that were vital for us to be educated consumers. She was professional and available for our multiple questions and concerns. The process was not always easy with the lack of communication from the builder but we felt comforted knowing Vi was there for us and and in our corner.
