From the moment we met Julie we have been in the best of hands for the largest purchase of our life. We came into this process with starry eyes and not a lot of knowledge, but Julie walked us through it all with professionalism, kindness, and a lot of patience. She guided us along this journey with confidence and a lifetime of experience, while also allowing us the space to grow in our own knowledge of the market, what it takes to buy our first home, and where the resources are. Julie embodies the phrase 'consummate professional', she was never farther than a phone call or text away and always happy to take the time needed to explain how everything works. Julie's referrals for all things needed when buying a home (inspector, attorney, mortgage broker,...) were spot on and they each ended up playing an important role in our purchase. During the time we worked with Julie we never felt rushed to make a decision or felt guilty for scheduling yet another viewing tour because the previous ones didn't yield the right match for us. She was absolutely right when she told us, "When you walk into your home, you'll know it. You won't need to convince yourself that it's the right place." Because of her patience and genuine desire for us to find the best place for our family, we felt comfortable taking the time to discover what we liked and didn't like, what we needed versus what we initially thought we would need, what we wanted versus what we realized didn't want to live without. Ultimately having the time to explore without the pressure to commit after our initial viewing tours, allowed us to keep searching until we found the perfect match for our family. Each day I wake up in our first purchased home I experience a brief moment of disbelief followed by incredible gratitude to Julie and everyone else who helped make this dream a reality.
