Veronique did a great job for us. She was good at anticipating problems and making suggestions to avoid blunders and missteps. Veronique was very responsive in returning calls and responding to e-mails as we were unsure about a lot in this new online world of Zoom, E-sign, Docusign, etc. She has a good list of resourses when it comes to subcontractors for handymen workers, cleaners, title companies, etc. We really needed all this help since it has be over 20 years since we bought a house. Good job all around. I highly recommend this agent.

She is honest and explains any issues. When she did not know the answer or law concerning something that mattered to me, she made inquiries to close the loops or referred me to a correct source. I was not easy to work with because of a crazy work schedule and she found ways to accommodate me. My impression was that she has a sterling reputation amongst her colleagues.
