Veronica from the get-go has been extremely helpful and on top of her game in term of communication. She understands the area well and sends me multiple properties that fit my budget and family. She is very knowledgeable of various properties and excellent in explaining the escrow process to a newbie like me; she even gave me advice on building wealth through real estate. When I had an inquiry, she was quick to response to her email along with sending me documents to sign online instead of paper. Even after my escrow was closed she was still available to help me sorting through our new property and contacting the new management. She is friendly and very sweet, she even gave us a gift card for grub hub knowing that we wont be doing much cooking while moving. I'm grateful that she was my agent and hopefully will be working again in the future.
