Veronica is amazing. She was ever patient with us as we navigated the process from looking at properties to the purchase of our home. We lived over two hours from our chosen market so this was especially challenging. She knows when to listen and when to suggest. She truly listens and cares about each of her clients. When she works with you, you feel like she's become part of your family. She is fast at getting all the necessary documents to you and she explains things thoroughly. Veronica has built strong working relationships with title companies, lenders, home inspectors, roofers, general construction contractors and the like. My home needed some work done on it prior to sale and through her connections, my house was fixed up and ready for sale in a timely manner. When working with Veronica, I never feel like I'm waiting for something to get done. With Veronica, I know it's getting done. Veronica is a good negotiator, skillfully helping my wife and I to get a few extra things as part of our home purchase. During the last day I was in my home, she came by and got her hands dirty...busting out the last bit of cleaning with my wife and I. That help was critical for us, because we wanted to leave the next owner with a home that was truly ready. Now that's going above and beyond.
