Veronica is a skilled leader in real estate brokerage. Along with her Texas Broker’s License, she has earned 8 nationally-recognized real estate brokerage designations. Veronica is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert trained at the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and is a trained leader in the most advanced negotiation techniques for real estate brokerage. In addition to 21 years as a Realtor practitioner, she has been a real estate course instructor for more than a decade. She has taught pre-licensing courses, CE classes, and N.A.R.’s ePRO Certification training. She is also certified to teach additional courses in internet business development and online etiquette. Veronica is also actively involved in serving the Realtor Family by serving as a volunteer leader on numerous local association, state and national association committees since 2006. Veronica has served more than 11 years as a Texas Assoc. of Realtors Director, and a T.A.R. Region 14 RVP. She has also served six years as an HAR Director. Veronica is a 2008 graduate of Texas Realtors Leadership Program. She is a major investor in TREPAC, and was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame in May 2017. Veronica is broker owner of a boutique real estate firm in Katy TX, and actively works with home buyers and sellers in her local market. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and has two grown children and one granddaughter.
