I am so happy with my new home. The hardwood floors are beautiful!!! She is my friend because I didn't just meet her but she treats me like a sister thar I "never" had. She went over and beyond to make sure I had enough space and nice area. KUDOS!!!

Veronica came recommended by my very best friend. I'm particular on what I like, I don't like to have to over explain anything, I am detailed oriented, I expect great service, and honest communication. Veronica met my expectations. From our first meeting I believed she was honest, upfront, and straight forward. Our time working together proved all of this to be true. Having lived over 300 miles away during the process of purchasing our home we were putting all of our trust in her to provide us with a property that met our specifications and to our standard and she did just that. I would send her properties I'm interested in she would visit them and a couple times she would say to me "That's not your house" and I trusted her judgement, often time sight unsees. We were approved for $500,000 but we shared with her that's not the price point we were wanting to purchase at because of other goals we had which we did share with her. I saw a home that I LOVED it was well below what we were approved for but above what we wanted to spend. This was MY house. She saw the property and agreed it was beautiful but would not show me the video. She reminded me of my goals and held me accountable to that. I genuinely respected and appreciated her for that. We ended up with a home that is perfect for us and exactly what we wanted. In the end there was a hiccup on the seller's end they did not hold up to their end of our contract and Veronica fought for us until the very end for a resolution and/or compensation. If you're looking for someone who is honest, straight forward, and who will fight for your best interest then I highly recommend Veronica as your realtor.
