I’ve already given a review but she did such a GREAT JOB I’ll give her another!! The title says it all !! That’s sums up everything but I’d like you to know my dilemma !! I was the trustee and POA for my Dad and I took that job with honor !! My Dads life was getting shorter as he had COPD and he was deemed permanent for the nursing home his only major asset was his home !! So I needed someone I could trust to help me sell his home !! Veronika was a fellow bus driver and friend in NRidgeville !! She earlier offered her services so I kept her in mind !! Selling my Dads house was stressful and emotional because I was expected to get the best deal for his house so that his children would get some inheritance!! My Dad was a proud caring father who provided for his kids til the end of his life at 89 !! I didn’t want to let him down !! I put my trust in Veronika and she didn’t let me down !! She knew our story so she handled it brilliantly every step of the way !! From setting the selling price to showing the house to selling the house she was on top of everything!! Even when the first sale fell through she got us back in the game putting the house on the market the next weekend and getting a better offer which pleased my Dad !! The saying when one door shuts another door opens ?? That’s what happens with Gods Blessings and my super agent Veronika!! After we accepted the offer my Dad passed in August the house closed 2 weeks later !! If I can trust Veronika with my Dads last asset I think you all out there can too !!
