Veronica Kearney

I located Veronica through an online search for agents in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. I was in Pennsylvania looking for an investment property for my son to occupy in the Raleigh/Garner area of N.C.. I Interviewed Veronica via phone along with several agents in the area. Veronica's knowledge of the area and her willingness to work with me was impressive as she would have to coordinate via phone and electronically with myself my son and his girl friend, their differing work schedules and my traveling to different states as my wife and I are retired and on the move. Veronica willingly accepted the CHALLENGE while other agents did not want to bother with the logistics ( shame on them )of the parties involved. Once our parameters were laid out, Veronica zeroed in on properties that fit our needs and wants to facilitiate the search.Veronica did locate many properties for us and remained very patient while we worked through any issues that may exist until we found exactly the right one for all of our needs. Even though we came close on several occasions to a property that did not come through , she always worked to keep us focused and excited, her interest in us never dropped. We did locate the right one for all of us and she handled the offer, the negotiation, the arrangements for inspections and attorneys to our satisfaction. Veronica not only met our expectations, she exceeded them by a mile!! Throughout the process from our first meeting to the final email letting me know the closing was complete with the deed recorded I ALWAYS FELT I HAD A PARTNER WHO HAD OUR BEST INTERESTS IN MIND FIRST AND FOREMOST.
