Veronica was exceptionally helpful and worked with my family & I to locate a house that suited our needs & budget. She did an excellent job in identifying houses, keeping us up-to-date with changes on houses we're interested in, and stepping us through the process. I never felt like I was missing information, and Veronica provides great insights on the houses we looked at!
Veronica was referred to us by one of her former clients, as being "the best real estate agent in Spokane." We were not disappointed. We felt as if we were her only clients, for all the attention she bestowed on us. From helping select an agent to help us sell our former home (Veronica actually interviewed her for over an hour, to make sure she would give us good service, which she did,) to advising us along the way as she made sure she understand our desires, to providing us with ongoing input as homes were listed for sale... and most importantly, keeping our expectations firmly grounded given the difficult real estate market in the area. The homes we saw were very much in line with what we needed/wanted and what we could afford. We have worked with real estate agents before, and Veronica was by far the most engaged, most interested in us and our expectations, and most efficient and effective. I can say without a doubt that I would not have been able to find and successfully buy my first home without Veronica! In the crazy housing market of 2022, she was able to use her experience to help me make informed decisions on my offer that allowed me to win a bid on the first home I found, against all odds, including there being 21 total offers that were placed on it aside from myself. Veronica also was able to understand exactly what type of home I was looking for and exceeded expectations when selecting homes to show me. She has a wealth of knowledge of the industry, cares a whole lot about her clients, and is an incredible pleasure to work with.

Spring or early summer 2020 I called the listing agent on the sign in front of a house I was interested in looking at. That agent was Veronica and I couldn’t be more thankful. I entered the market with past knowledge of purchasing a house 15 yrs ago, which as it turned out meant very little in today market. Veronica took the time to educate me on the current housing market and the stiff competition in purchasing a home. In the 8-9 mo it took to find my home she fought for every offer I put in. We submitted a few close bids, as well as a few not so close bids but she never got frustrated with me. We looked at sooooo many houses they’ve all became a blur. She always arrived at a showing with a smile on her face and in her heart. Her knowledge of homes, areas, structures, roof conditions, etc helped me make some good choices as to what kind of a home each one would be and what a reasonable bidding price would be. She was patient with me as I SLOWLY began to understand prices of homes now compared to 15 yrs ago are no where near comparable. That must be frustrating to any agent in this market but she took the time to educate me and kept me focused with my eye on the prize. The house I did end up buying was all thanks to Veronica. She knew how badly I wanted this particular one and she negotiated HARD with the sellers agent get their acceptance of my bid. I LOVE my new home so much and am extremely grateful to Veronica for walking with me on my home buying journey. She is someone I’m proud to call my friend.
