Veronica went out of her way to meet my needs of a buyer whom was located out of state. Whether it was picking me up from the airport to initially showing me neighborhoods and houses to actually signing the contract on a home. During the whole home building process she would help me out with questions/concerns along with taking photos or looking into something when requested. It was a long journey for both of us as the house took nearly a year and a half to get completed. Veronica was very understanding of my frustration with the builder and provided me with what I needed to address my grievances with the builder and put me in a much better situation to get things resolved as they came up.
