This was my first time buying a home and Veronica did real good on the transitions, keeping me up to date. Searching for homes within my means and didnt rush it. There is one thing to keep in mind is when dealing with homes on the market its best to have an up to date hour by hour timeframe to make sure that specific property is still available. Commuting from Oakland to Merced to find out the house we went to go see. was already set pending from the night prior. Not to mention we dod have other houses to see but this occurred twice with one in Stockton. Overall, its a was a good ride. got to see various houses with different options and best thing was I able to bid a home in Stockton which was a lot closer to my parents house from Oakland. Home in good condition was kept up very well nice size lot and interior 3 bed 2 bath
