From the very beginning, Veronica seemed like the best choice. I did a lot of homework before I reached out to an agent to help me sell my home in South Florida. I wanted someone who was from the community, in the community day in and day out, who lived in the community, served the community and family was a part of it. Her professional, high activity on social media, and knowledge of the area earned my trust. After interviewing her and a few few more candidates, I knew right away she was the one. The home is listed, no real hiccups. She was always very careful of the home being that I did not live in South Florida. She went above and beyond and always check the AC thermostat, cleanliness, lights, locks, she even made recommendations that we followed to sell the home faster. Veronica has been great overall and responsive since I first contacted her around March, when I was first looking. She did not ignore me when I decided to not buy a house. When I was close to arriving to Florida she has been very helpful with providing housing options, tailoring those options, house tours and also to the end of lease signing and home inspection.
